Music tends to have a place in the mind when it comes to psychedelics and visonaries. The phrase "see the music" has long since been used in a metaphoric sense, but comes from some time back. Native Americans as well as other ancient cultures used music to help induce visions. Tribal dances and music enhanced the trance like states to induce visions.

Along with the use of sacred herbal concoctions and inebrients, music is a power tool to help one pass into the spirit world.
